We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why

3. The photos you upload

We process uploaded photos solely to create the ordered visualizations. On upload we automatically strip the photo metadata, including any GPS coordinates (location). We do not publish the photos or the resulting visualizations and do not use them for any other purpose; anonymised portfolio samples are used only as permitted by the Terms of Service.

To create the visualizations we may process the photos using external image-generation tools (processors). If data is processed by providers outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by our processors under a contract per Art. 28 GDPR:

• the hosting and server infrastructure provider (running the portal and storage);
• the e-mail delivery service (Brevo / Sendinblue) — sending confirmations and delivery e-mails;
• image-generation tools used to create the visualizations;
• an accountant and public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

• Order data and uploaded photos: for the duration of the job and a reasonable time for possible revisions and complaints; afterwards we delete them unless another legal ground for retention exists.
• Accounting and tax records: for the period required by law (generally up to 10 years).
• Technical logs: short-term.

6. Cookies

The site uses only essential (technical) cookies needed for the portal to function (e.g. the admin login). We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or other cookies requiring consent in the future, we will ask for it and update this policy.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to:

• access your data (Art. 15),
• rectification (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing (Art. 21),
• withdraw any consent at any time.

Requests can be sent to info@renoan.com; we will handle them within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for the controller this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or the supervisory authority in your EU member state.

8. Security

Data transfer is encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data; access to uploaded photos and to the administration is protected.

9. Children's data

The service is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on renoan.com with its effective date.
